Location: Port of Spain
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Project Coordination support to the CEO including Organizing and Maintaining Project Files, Tracking of Deadlines, Assisting with Project Documentation and the Filing of Annual Returns of clients.
• Assist with customer support activities such as answering phone calls responding to emails and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
• Perform various clerical duties including filing documents, data entry, photocopying and scanning.
• Act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO by Managing calendar, Scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Utilising accounting software to assist with Bookkeeping tasks such as Invoicing, Reconciling Accounts, Processing client’s statutory requirements such as Business Levy, Green Fund Levy and VAT
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications
• Five CXC (general proficiency) or GCSE subjects including English and Mathematics required; additional educational certificates and Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and characterize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Peachtree or QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks
