Administrative Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive and secretarial support, ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic administrative priorities. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondences, preparing reports and presentations and managing a variety of tasks to streamline operations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, drafting emails, letters and managing phone calls.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and other documents for meetings, presentations and general use.
  • Supporting the CEO on special projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting with various office tasks, concluding managing files, supplies and equipment.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Serving as a liaison between the CEO and other staff, as well as external contacts.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills:, ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: strong Skills in Microsoft Office Suites and other relevant software.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is highly preferred.
